• Please enter using the official entry forms with supporting documentation and materials, as requested on the entry form, as we reserve the right not to accept entries not adhering to official entry criteria. 
• You will send your entries in print along with the relevant forms and information enclosed to:

            British Hairdressing Awards, Hairdressers Journal International

            M Squared Media, Allington House, 25 High Street, Wimbledon, SW19 5DX  

• Whilst every care will be taken to look after your entires, the organises can take no responsibility for loss, damage or theft. You are strongly advised to a digital record.
  
• The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Successful finalists will then be asked to submit a further four photographs, making a total collection of eight images. For Trend Image of the Year, no further images are required and for Newcomer, a further two images are required.
• The closing date for the second round is 5pm Friday, 23rd August 2024.
• The work of the finalists in each category, plus nominees for British Hairdresser of the Year, will be displayed in the British Hairdressing Awards Gallery at Salon International 2024, which takes place from 12th - 14th October at ExCeL London.
• Details of successful entrants will also be published in Hairdressers Journal International and on hji.co.uk. Award winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony on Monday, 25th November at JW Marriott Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London W1.
• Information regarding successful candidates or winners will not be given out over the phone.
• Anyone under the age of 18 years by Monday, 25th November will not be permitted to attend the British Hairdressing Awards.

Terms and Conditions: Table Bookings

Confirmation

• All bookings will be confirmed within 7 working days of receiving the booking form. If you do not receive confirmation of your booking from Hairdressers Journal International, please contact Lizzi Brady immediately (t: 020 3841 7365).

Payment

• Bookings may be paid by credit card at the time of booking.

• Tickets for the event will not be issued until payment has been received and funds cleared.

Special dietary requirements

• A form will be sent. Simply complete and return as instructed on the form. This form must be received within 72 hours prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and it may not be possible to take care of the specific requirements of any guest.

Lighting and special effects

• It is the table booker’s responsibility to inform guest(s) that special effects, including strobe lighting, may be used on the night.

Age Restriction

• Under no circumstances can anyone under 18 attend the event. Strict ID checks are undertaken by the venue on arrival.

Alterations

• It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the venue or the date of the event. We will give you as much notice as we can and your booking will be transferred to the new venue or date.

Cancellations

• No refund will be given if you cancel your booking.

• If we cancel the function we will refund all booking fees paid. We do not, however, accept liability for travel, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event.

• Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of your booking fee.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
