Read the entry guidelines and make sure you are eligible to enter your category.
Check that your four prints measure 10”x8” portrait including borders.
Check that your final images are printed on a minimum paper weight of 300gsm.
Provide a crib sheet with your pictures in the order you would like them displayed.
Please note, if this is not provided, the organisers will display them at their discretion.
For the first round, this is displayed 1-4 vertically, with the first picture at the top and the fourth at the bottom. Please print this and enclose it with your entry. Refer to the template on page 17 of the entry guidelines.
Label the back of each final photograph with your name, salon name, and category.
Upload your before and pre-production images when completing your online entry.
Complete and sign the entry form on the last page of the entry guidelines form.
Ensure your photographer has completed and signed the declaration section.
Make sure to take a video of your shoot. This needs to be a 360-degree video of each model before any work and on completion of the final look. This can be done on a mobile phone.
Ensure that the entry will meet the deadline of 5.00 pm Friday, 27th June 2025.
